The Best of Enemies

It's Friday, 8:05 PM, not a single interesting thing to do. But, to make sure whoever the hell reads this (probably no one), I want it to make sure you all know I'm alive and kicking it... specially kicking it.
When living your life
Like an arrow in flight
You must always accept that
The end is in sight,
Be grateful at least for the fact
That you knew you came to death -
He did not come for you.
You are like targets
Who sit and await -
Patiently suffer
The arrows of fate,
Saying "I am but mortal
And destined to die -
I can change nothing
So why should I try?"
Each morning you wake is an
'ember day' dawning,
Your penance for living in
Permanent mourning.
By erst while ideals your
Hearts are enslaved,
You crawl out of the cradle
Straight into the grave.
What reward is a banquet
Of red wine and bread,
When you hunger for life -
But on death you are fed?

Kind of On Hold

Well, it has been a rather long month. Now that, once again, I'm busy with college, things like cosplay and stuff are getting rather difficult, mostly because I am really damn poor.
Still, I've got some few new ones I wanna do this year and so I hope I can do them, whereas I'll have the money or not, I'll just have to find my way.
It has been a rather crappy month, both last weeks of march and first weeks of april, pretty rough. College is getting harder and since I've been with a rather foul mood, I almost dropped it, I thought about it a few times. And yet, there's no storm that won't stop nor Sun that won't shine, so I'm back in track once again, with more projects and really excited about them so you just wait, soon there'll be new stuff and maybe a drawing or two if I get better on it.
Still, I've got some few new ones I wanna do this year and so I hope I can do them, whereas I'll have the money or not, I'll just have to find my way.

Ode to a Mad Year

Oh what a year what a year... in which changes have attacked with such a wrathful force.
Oh what a year what a year... in which such a force has sown confusion and grief.
Oh what a year what a year... in which everything seems to be fine, yet nothing is what it seems to be.
Oh what a year what a year... in which ignorance, blindness and betrayal are the currency.
Oh what a year what a year... which seems to be an omen of things soon to be.
Oh what a year what a year... when the fire in our hearts seems to be extinguished.
Oh what a year what a year... in which the lovely winter has become but a shadow of madness.
Oh what a year what a year... yet, for a year in which madness reigns, we must make sure the fire of our soul burns hotter, for this madness can be fought, where the heart is tempered the most.
With such a dark words, I also give a little of hope, for me, for you, for us all.
